Job Description: Core Asset's client; a global market leader at the forefront of technology, has a fantastic opportunity to join them in their Corporate Payroll department. Sitting in their talented Finance team and reporting to the Global Shared Services Manager, you will develop close working relationships with colleagues across many departments throughout their worldwide organisation whilst acting as a front-line representative with the benefit and payroll providers. You will have an active role in global payroll operations ensuring that each stage of the payroll process for their Europe and Asia employees are actioned efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
Process Europe and Asia payroll every pay period Maintain payroll processing system and records by capturing, calculating and inputting data Adhere to payroll procedures and align with relevant country law Take ownership to complete year-end payroll processes in each relevant jurisdiction, such as P45's and P60's in the UK Process starters, leavers, contract changes and ensure the payroll records are updated accordingly Process monthly, year-end and ad hoc reports Respond to all payroll queries received in a professional and efficient manner Coordinate with the wider Finance department to ensure monthly reconciliations are undertaken which align to approved processes and procedures Essential: Previous experience of processing monthly payrolls in other geographies Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to collaborate and establish relationships cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and other business partners Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organised and attentive to detail when working to tight deadlines Demonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and contending demands Desirable: Experience with ADP Streamline Job reference: 11915 To apply for this vacancy applicants must be eligible to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
