Our client is a busy and vibrant health specialist based in Stoke on Trent. Due to internal promotion and company growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a part time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working 3-4 days per week and will be joining a small and very friendly team. Job Description: As the part time Accounts Assistant, you will be a team player with the ability to work autonomously. Duties will include: Processing purchase invoices Dealing with all incoming emails to the main finance email address Raising sales invoices in a timely manner Dealing with a high volume of invoice queries Assisting with credit control on occasion when necessary It would be good to see candidates with: Previous experience in an Accounts role Ideally studying AAT qualification or fully AAT qualified Use of Sage 50 accounts, Xero or similar online accounting system Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player Ability to manage own workload and use initiative Hours: Monday to Friday, 15-20 hours (3-4 days) per week
