Bristol (BS1) What's the opportunity? The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk has opened at Prysm Group. You will be working in a lively office with a strong work ethic and vibrant social environment. Due to rapid expansion this role is a developing one with the opportunity for you to help create new and refined processes in the Purchase Ledger department. Main

Responsibilities:
Coding and posting supplier invoices and employee expenses. Reconciling purchase items on the bank. Dealing with purchase ledger queries from suppliers. Raising payments to suppliers on a timely basis. Cost splitting and rebilling between various Prysm departments and companies. General office admin work such as filing of invoices and bank statements. Cover and assistance to the Sales Ledger Team when required. Must Haves: A minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role AAT or similar qualification preferred but not essential An ambitious and passionate approach to work A good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Especially excel) Experience with accounting software like Xero (Desirable) An excellent attention to detail Ability to work under pressure With the rapid expansion expected to continue the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress with the company into a more senior role.
