CMA is delighted to be working with a fast paced organisation in Dorset who is now searching for a Financial Controller. This is an energetic local business, which is part of a larger and successful Group, which continues to make bold growth plans. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a finance team. We are searching for a technically strong accountant who is used to being hands on with financial reporting in a heavily regulated environment. Knowledge of IFRS and FRS102 and up to date regulations is required. There will be an opportunity to review processes and enhance procedures across the finance function and business. The role is suited to a strong personnel manager who is able to guide junior team members, whilst able to challenge decisions when appropriate and can maintain a high level of financial management to strict deadlines. You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA), ideally from a practice background. Please apply for more details.
