CMA is delighted to be assisting a Fareham based charity with the recruitment of a temporary Purchase Ledger due to a backlog of invoices. This is a part-time role encompassing 30 - 35 hours a week over 5 days ideally working 9am - 4pm daily. Duties will include but not be limited to: Manual input of invoices; Travel expenses; Resolving new and historic queries; Data processing; Ad hoc duties as required by the Management Accountant. The role is envisaged to last around 4 weeks but could go on longer depending on workload. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera would be advantageous.
