I am working exclusively with a leading company based in West Suffolk who are looking for an Accounts Manager to join their small, established team of accountants. This role will involve the management of both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process whilst managing a team of 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Sales Ledger & Credit Control Duties: - producing invoices for top 5 customers - producing weekly updates for Finance Director on outstanding debtors - ensure cash is promptly collected from customers and company's debtor days stay within agreed KPI's Accounts Payable Duties: - ensure all invoices input and accounted for in a timely manner - review and agree payment runs -load payment runs onto HSBC system for approval - update daily cashflow for payments Team Management Duties: - Managing team of 4 - providing day to day support for the team - Conducting 1 to 1s and annual appraisals.
