Sytner Group is looking for a highly motivated, flexible and hardworking Accounts Assistant to join our prestigious dealership at Leeds Volkswagen. This is a multi-skilled Accounts position working closely with the Dealership Accountant, Accounts Department and many members of the management team. On a daily basis you will be responsible for Posting banking, purchase ledger, Bacs payments and Warranty credit notes. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail and have a passion for numeracy Other responsibilities will include; Vehicle Stock Reconciliation, file auditing and other ad-hoc duties. As part of career development we will provide full training and fund AAT qualifications. About you Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role within the motor trade is preferable, and knowledge of CDK software would be advantageous. We are looking for somebody with: excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, strong initiative, pro-activity and the drive to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times.
