Group Financial Controller required to consolidate and analyse financial performance and offer insight to senior management to assist with business planning and cash flow analysis. With an aim of becoming the markets preferred provider of communication solutions throughout Europe, you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring there are sound financial processes in all group entities. Responsibilities
• Control all management and statutory financial reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to agreed deadlines and with full analysis and insight, and ensure that all financial controls are maintained at the highest levels
• Monthly consolidation of group accounts ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS
• Continuous review and development of the group financial controls and monitor subsidiary compliance.
• Monthly accounting and cash flow management for all holding companies
• Full responsibility for audit procedures across the group
• Covenant management and quarterly reporting
• Travel to and from group subsidiaries across Europe Your profile
• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
• 2 to 3 years of relevant post qualified accounting experience, preferably in an international environment
• Experience of Head Office Consolidations essential, preferable with overseas subsidiaries
• Experience of consolidation software e.g. Hyperion, Adaptive
• Knowledge of accounting principles, both UK GAAP and IFRS
• Good with systems and excellent Excel skills are important
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
