Risk Management Lead £45,000-55,000- Surrey We are currently recruiting for an Risk Manager to coordinate the delivery of property operations in a specific discipline (electrical, mechanical, M&E). As the Risk Management Lead within the business this role will lead the development and implementation of appropriate risk management solutions within the business area. Work closely with programme leadership and teams to develop and implement tailored risk strategies for all projects and programmes Be the recognised expert and the focal point for risk management function within the business area Lead, coordinate and support the project delivery teams in implementing and reporting the agreed risk management approaches Responsible for the continuous improvement of related processes and business performance Provide guidance, advice and recommendations on the appropriate risk management approaches and benefits realisation across the portfolio to Programme Director Qualification/ Skills & Attributes: Recognised specialist expert for knowledge and application of Risk Management best practice and the application of risk management systems and implementation in support of delivering business performance Lead and guide others on solving complex problems and implementing appropriate risk management solutions Able to lead on and present the value and business benefits of the proposed risk solution to the senior stakeholders, using appropriate quantitative and qualitative analyses Demonstrable experience in leading and facilitating risk management discussions, including workshop leadership and facilitation Demonstrable experience in wider project management methods and techniques will be an advantage (e.g. project planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management) If you would like to be considered for the position please submit an application or contact Sarah Kesaulija on 01179 309 708 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/86565652
