Purchase Ledger Clerk Due to recent success our client currently requires a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the Finance function within the Company. The Role: Process all purchase invoices in an accurate and timely manner Working with suppliers and internal departments to resolve all invoice queries Reconcile supplier statements. Liaise with suppliers regarding payment of accounts. Process digital purchase invoices. Reconciliations and account queries. Preparation of daily and weekly payment runs. Posting and allocating bank payments and receipts. Other ad-hoc finance and general admin duties. Proposal for successful candidate to commence with the Company 3rd or 4th week of June. Length of contract is 3 months minimum, as standard, subject to the usual terms as included within the framework agreement.
