I am working with a 9 Partner firm based in the heart of the West End, who are looking for a Bookkeeper with experience of using Xero. The Outsourcing team themselves have undergone organic and successful growth over the last 5 years and are now continuing to expand and thus are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their ranks. If you are an IT savvy, enthusastic Bookkeeper, looking for a role with progression and a diverse client base then this role should definitely be of interest to you. Your client base will consist of hospitality sector clients- experience of this is naturally helpful but not compulsory. The Xero Bookkeeper Role: Bookkeeping on behalf of clients (both internally and out of the office) Preparation of VAT returns and liaising with clients to ensure deadlines are met Preparation of monthly and quarterly accounts Preparation of stat accounts, year-end accounts and rental accounts Record time spent on each client's affairs using the relevant computer software to submit weekly Liaising with the an external outsourcing team based in India and managing the relationship and workload with this About You: You will be Xero competent You need to be forward thinking and keen to embrace change and must be capable of keeping up in a diverse and ever changing team.
