The recruitment department of the French Chamber is acting as a recruitment agency for its over 570 member companies, one of which is currently looking for a Junior Finance Controller. Our client is a world leader in providing security appliances for business and customers. Key Responsibilities The Junior Finance Controller will be working closely with managers and team leaders to : Producing, analysing and reporting dashboards on a weekly, and monthly basis Participating in the development of areas of growth Providing assistance on different departments in providing, understanding, analysing and improving the KPI leading to business growth Controlling CAPEX and following-up Taking control of the monthly closing accounts (creation/post of journals, consolidation date) Checking cost allocation and accuracy Handling the P&L reconciliation, and analysing the data to make sure the business is going in the right direction based on benchmarking and budget Assisting the Head of Controlling in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reports Providing assistance in forecasts and budget processes Profile: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Educated to a Bachelor / Masters level in Finance Strong Excel skills Sound analytical skills Ability to deal with confidential information Previous experience in a service-oriented sector is a plus Navison / Oracle proficiency would be a plus
