This leading technology business based in London are looking to appoint a Head of Finance, this newly created role will be a key part of the management team. This exciting technology platform serve both a B2B and B2C client base. As a rapidly growing business they are looking for a qualified accountant who has experience of working with companies who are looking to scale Internationally as well as tripling the growth in the UK, in light of a possible exit within the next 5 years. Key deliverables of the role will include - Improving the quality of administration and control policies of the various departments, create and implement management policies, improve all process and controls, costings, profit, cash flow, assist the CEO with all other ad hoc projects. Other duties will include but not be limited to - Recruiting, developing and managing a small team Cost control Inventory Credit Control Systems integration Financial Accounting Tax Financial modelling Cash forecasting Treasury, FX Integration Acquisitions Procurement Work with all 3rd party suppliers (banks, auditors, service providers, credit agencies, lawyers) Investors - fundraising decks and documentations You will play a key part working alongside the CEO and Operations team to assist and support all financial and company strategy. The business is launching a series of tech ventures to support the growth of the company. The right candidate would have to also work on these projects as a group Head of Finance (FD?). Ideally you will have worked in a senior team with exposure to the board and be able to make a difference from day one. The ideal candidate would have some European language skills.
