Great Client Finance position has arisen in West London in a marketing services agency Fantastic role dealing directly with clients in a stand alone position. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the revenue, organic & pipeline forecasting of assigned clients, ensuring changes & risks are communicated regularly Regular review of client targets & phasing ensuring targets are realistic Reconciliation of month-end revenue position to ensure all revenue that can be booked is recognized correctly. Support in preparation of monthly departmental profitability reports, and advising on actions where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the departmental finances Review resource plans for each department, highlighting variances to staffing plan & advising on changes required to ensure staffing levels remain at correct levels for revenue projected. Prepare and review client profitability, ensuring action is taken where necessary & escalating any issues. Ensure contracts are adhered to on each client, Ensure timely billing project management Ensuring monthly deadlines are met Develop processes to assist each account team with their differing needs dependant on their client needs. Continuous Improvement of systems & processes Drive Profitability on each account using job profitability where necessary Provide detailed analysis to KPI's Support on Fee Proposals Financial training of account teams Skills & Experience: Experiential media/advertising background preferred but not necessary Strong spreadsheet skills Project Management /Process management skills System development skills Previous experience in a commercial analysis role an advantage
