URGENTLY NEEDED - FLUENT MANDARIN/CHINESE SPEAKING (BUSINESS LEVEL) SENIOR ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT My client in the manufacturing industry are looking to recruit a permanent Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. As the Accounts Administrator you will be assisting and reporting to the Accounts Manager. and we are looking for someone who has common sense, is a bright individual with the commitment and drive to get what is required done. You will need to have excellent computing and numeracy skills, be helpful, willing, adaptable and flexible, well presented and have a good telephone manner. You will be responsible for : - - Provide financial disclosure information to parent company in Beijing. - Management accounts. - Assist with launching of new ERP system - General assistance to Accounts Manager when needed to include; - Checking and matching invoices with delivery notes on daily basis - Entering invoices - Checking timesheets, adding works orders - General administration - Cover the above tasks when Accounts Administrator is absent. - Cover Accounts Manager when absent. This is a new position, therefore constant review will dictate changes to the above specification. Minimum Requirements; - Must speak Chinese (Mandarin) - Essential, (please do not apply if you don't speak fluent business level) - Strong knowledge of accounting theory, familiar with UK accounting standards and Chinese accounting standards. - AAT Level 4 Qualified - GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics - Must be residing locally and be a driver - within 10 miles - Must have at least 2 years accounting experience - Must have experience of Sage or Navision, or SAP equivalent ERP system - Must be able to provide references for last two positions Position subject to a 6 month probationary period, with reviews within this period Please advise existing and required salary on application Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
