Our client, a forward thinking & incredibly creative property business based in East London are looking for an impressive part qualified Finance Manager to head up their finance operation. The role will focus on management reporting, process improvements, cashflow and overseeing two juniors covering accounts payable and receivable. They are looking for a bright and straight talking individual with the attitude to get things done Reporting to the Managing Director, whilst having the support of an external accountancy practice you will oversee the transactional accuracy, whilst producing the forecasting, budgets and management & KPI reports. This role would suit a technically strong management accountant from Practice looking to make the move into Industry or similarly someone already working in industry looking for that next step in their career You will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and creative team, focussed on delivering excellent results and taking the business to the next level The role will cover; Producing the monthly management accounts Cashflow management and reporting Forecasting and budgeting Overseeing two employees covering accounts payable and receivable, maintaining a high accuracy in their work VAT returns and tax Process improvements, creating and maintaining Excel reports and KPI reports They are looking for: Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Able to commute to East London Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Sage 200 experience is desirable but not essential, if you have used another Sage package or able to demonstrate the ability to pick up new systems quickly this will suffice Previous experience working within an Accountancy Practice is desirable but not essential Previous Property experience would be a benefit Bright individual who is able to communicate well A Straight talking individual Creative & Dynamic What they offer: Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) Study support - after probation Pension Working hours between 9-5 and 10-6 Ideal start date as soon as possible BUT for the right candidate they will be prepared to wait whilst the candidate completes their notice.
