We are looking for an individual who can take responsibility for developing and enhancing the current reporting metrics of both financial and non-financial data. Analysing and translating the data into insightful commercial information to improve business performance and operational effectiveness. Someone with a natural ability to identify trends others may not see to support business case proposals is going to be key in order to maintain our impressive growth. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Senior Management team to form close working relations and share a greater depth of commercial insight and analysis to improve sales growth, add value and improve margins. Design and develop a new monthly dashboard to manage/analyse business performance, produce reports, forecasts and apply business modelling. We are looking for someone who is analytically minded with a keen eye for detail and can draw on their previous experience in finance and analytics, but also has a strong depth of knowledge around sales, operations and procurement. Using high level communication skills and a collaborative approach to build successful working relationships will help you achieve the best results from those around you. Being mentally agile and confident along with a proactive and responsive approach will help you stay ahead of the game. The post is a full-time position, will be based at our head office in Knaresborough and will report directly to the Finance Director.
