Our client is looking for an ambitious individual with great communication and face to face customer service experience to join their existing team. If successful you will be based at their branch in Chesterfield. To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials: Experience within a face to face customer service role IT and administrative skills for back office duties Experience working in a financial/banking sector Full UK driving license for travel to different branches If successful, the main purpose of the role will be to provide in branch customer service on a face to face basis. You will be upselling products and services and process customer transactions. Within this position, you'll also be: Actively selling & promoting brand products and services Administration duties including processing customer accounts Calling external business contacts with products and initiatives when required, on an occasional ad-hoc basis Carrying out switchboard, reception and postal duties when required Working as a team internally and externally to promote the brand products and services Salary & Working Hours Salary is paid at £16,523 Per Annum. Benefits include annual bonus, pension scheme, birthday holiday much more. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. With 2 - 3 Saturday mornings will be required worked on a rota.
