Inter company Accounts Assistant - Contract 9-12 months - £23000 - Salford Quays / Trafford This role is responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions are captured and reported accurately and timely. You will also be seeking the settlement of all inter-company transactions across offices, with responsibility to reconcile, chase, and offset all the outstanding transactions from / to the network within the agreed group policy timetable. Effectuve and active management of inter-company relationships in respect of all transactional issues. Day to day duties include: Reconciliation of intercompany balances using MS Excel Query Management - analyse, identify, resolve and escalate
• Seeking payment of all intercompany/agents Production of monthly reports for unpaid transactions Document Management Manual matching of intercompany invoices and credits & Preparation of journal entries to the General Ledger Production of monthly statements & Follow up on unallocated cash and allocation of payments You will need to have Previous Intercompany accounting experience MS Excel knowledge to advanced level Language skills desirable e.g. Spanish, German, Cantonese / Mandarin Excellent opportunity to work with a global leader and fully utilise your skills and languages as well as ongoing personal and professional development. 25 days holidays and flexible working Call Sam Nixon 0161-236-9666 for an immediate interview.
