Book-Keeper My client is a modern firm of Chartered Certified Accountants offering a friendly personal service to businesses and individuals in Salisbury and the surrounding area. They provide a range of business, accountancy and taxation services to a number of clients in the area. My client is looking to employ an experienced full time Book-Keeper to join their busy accountancy practice based in Salisbury. Part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate Responsibilities - Liaison with clients - Record income and expenditure in accounts package & ledgers - Bank reconciliations - Prepare and file VAT returns - Reconcile control accounts - Other administration and book-keeping work as requested Skills and Experience: - Sage and Excel software essential - To be self-motivated and have a willingness to take responsibility - Demonstrable discretion and trustworthiness - Strong attention to detail - To be able to work independently and to use your own initiative - To have good communication skills - To working as part of a team - Previous experience working in an accountancy practice would be an advantage but not essential Apply for this role with your current CV and covering letter.
