Input of purchase Invoices/credits 2. Creditor ledger statement reconciliation 3. Input staff expenses 4. Generating supplier payment files 5. Input of weekly sales/expenses data 6. Reconciliation of site banking's 7. Liaise with sites re outstanding paperwork/banking's 8. Preparation of journals 9. Reception duties including answering phones & opening post 10.
