The Group Reporting Manager role is a varied role within a large multinational based in Didsbury, working within a high calibre Group Finance team, with responsibilities covering group consolidations, statutory accounts, internal audit and group special projects activities. Client Details Based in the Didsbury area, this is a fast growing international manufacturing company, with a Global reach. They are recruiting for a Group Reporting Manager due to their current rate of growth in market share and overseas expansion. Description The Group Reporting Manager is an exciting and varied role, that will require liaising with several key stakeholders within the business. Key duties will include: Preparation of statutory accounts Preparation of the Group's consolidated statutory accounts under IFRS and Sarbanes Oxley. Development and roll out of an internal audit programme. Provide technical support and advice to the wider Finance team on accounting treatments such as new products, revenue streams, new financing structures and accounting standard changes. Assisting in the integration of acquisitions from a Financial reporting perspective Other ad-hoc Projects Profile The successful candidate for the Group Reporting Manager will be: ACA or ACCA qualified Statutory (IFRS and US GAAP) Accounting and Controlling Tax knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills - able to assist in identifying and providing solutions to complex operational and financial issues.
