Global developer and operator of flagship stores in shopping centres in Europe and the United States is looking for a French speaking Corporate Finance Accountant. Our client is present in 13 countries and provides a unique platform for retailers and brand events, as well as an exceptional and constantly renewed experience for customers. The Corporate Finance Accountant will join a team of 7 and will assist the Group Consolidation team with all Group Management reporting. S/he will mostly work on UK and Italian entities. ROLE: Assisting the Group Consolidation team with the production of the Group financial consolidation under IFRS on a quarterly basis, including a number of sub-consolidations as well as submission of all Group reporting to HQ; Preparation of annual audit fee allocation across all UK and Italian entities. Assisting in responding to auditor queries on half-year and year-end consolidation; Assisting the Group Consolidation team to develop the consolidation model in response to any changes in group structure or reporting obligations; Good understanding of Derivative valuation posting, Financing flows, forex impact in group accounts, Share based payments; Assistance with the maintenance of the consolidation software SAP Business Financial Consolidation and SAP Business & Planning Consolidation; Ad-hoc duties as required. PROFILE: Fluent French and English, or intermediate French and fluent English Graduate from a Business School, with a major in Finance or holder of a DCG or similar Previous experience as a Corporate Finance Accountant Strong Consolidation and financial reporting experience, ideally in a listed company in a French speaking country Good technical knowledge and understanding of complex group structures; Strong analytical and planning skills SAP BFC experience JD Edwards and Hyperion knowledge is an advantage.

SALARY:
C£60k/pa negotiable according to skills and experience plus bonus
