European Speaking Accounts Payable Supervisor - Witney - Permanent - Up to £28,000 Benefits IN2 Consult have partnered exclusively with an acquisitive, dynamic and fast growing company based in Witney for a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor who speaks a European language to lead and motivate a small team of talented Accounts Payable Clerks. The duties of this role include: Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager with implementing new systems and processes Ensuring invoices are paid on time Assisting with month end close Conducting month end reconciliations Direct debit reconciliations Multi currency supplier payment runs Providing support in new projects Payment rejection queries Intercompany reconciliations and payments Conudcting year end reconciliations Processing expenses Manage debit balance reports Reconciling supplier payments Recovering overpaid invoices Conducting one to ones and annual appraisals with the assistance of the Accounts Payable Manager Helping out the team as and when required The ideal candidate: Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, German or Dutch AAT Qualified or equivalent Intermediate knowledge of Excel Have experience of implementing processes or systems Be motivated and engaging Have good experience of working within companies with multiple entities globally/across Europe Ideally lead a team previously, if not must be a Senior Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor or for somebody who has great Accounts Payable experience looking to take a step up into team management.
