ACCOUNTANT - LINCOLN - £ 35k - 40K benefits THE OPPORTUNITY Benjamin Edwards are currently recruiting for a newly created role within a growing and established business in the Lincoln area. Supporting the Finance Director and senior management team to deliver all the financial statutory accounts for the organisation. THE ROLE The purpose of the Accountants role is to work as an integral part of the finance team in the provision a broad range of financial accounting services including statutory year end operations. Cash-flow forecasting, payroll integrity and reporting, month end and year end coordination and ledger closure, statutory accounting production, reporting to other external parties, internal controls and taxation. Various ad hoc projects THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Accountant or in the final stages of study with a background in financial accounts. You will have experience in working with the application of accounting policies and standards in the creation and filing of Statutory Accounts. Particular experience of FRS102 would be helpful.
