Job Description: An opportunity has arisen within a leading global asset management business for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their team.This role will be responsible for monitoring and processing EMEA trade and transaction regulatory reporting requirements.This role will work with other global teams to ensure all trade and transaction regulatory reporting obligations are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, enterprise wide standards, and the global operating platform controls and procedures. Essential: Experience in Back Office, Middle Office and/or experience of working in a risk & control environment Knowledge of the regulatory trade and transaction reporting landscape Proven understanding of Risk Frameworks and tools that aid reducing the risk profile would be preferable Working knowledge of trade life cycle across asset classes (equity, fixed income) Working knowledge of Order Management Systems (Charles River, Aladdin) Strong analytical skills with high level of attention to detail Ability to understand and implement complex workflows and prioritise tasks Problem-solving skills, managing issues in a pragmatic and timely manner Stakeholder management skills, building relationships across global functions Regulatory Reporting experience desired Experience in supporting a Governance function would be an advantage Core

Responsibilities:
Review, and perform the execution of Trade and Transaction Reporting validation and reconciliation exceptions pertaining to trade / transaction data submitted to UK / EU regulators. Assist in all aspects of the Transaction reporting reconciliation process. Provide real time trade reporting for the business, liaising closely with compliance Assist in producing timely and accurate MIS reports to track progress, raise awareness and promote greater efficiency within the firm. Review and implement improvements to streamline processes and improve controls in relation to regulatory reporting and the broader Operations team, to enhance accuracy, timeliness and overall efficiency Work with relevant internal stakeholders to update systems and processes impacted by any ongoing regulatory changes Contribute to the development and testing of any system/process changes due to regulatory changes which may impact regulatory reporting Maintain a strong focus on streamlining processes, driving forward solutions and re-mediating production issues in order to improve both accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with other regulatory reporting teams globally to develop consistent processes and controls in line with enterprise wide standards and global operating platform Actively contribute to global operations initiatives and projects Job reference: 11903 To apply for this vacancy applicants must be eligible to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
