Robert Half Financial Services are working with an Investment Management firm who are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. Due to the company's AUM doubling over the last two years, this role has been created due to growth. The role will focus 50% on FP&A and 50% reporting. Role Oversee the financial processing and record keeping of the group entities Review outputs of the Finance & Operations Analyst Preparation of group regulatory reporting Preparation of annual budgeting and forecasts Preparation of the monthly and annual financial reporting packs Responsible for the co-ordination of the annual group audit Co-ordination of the quarterly group VAT return with corporate service providers Co-ordination of the group tax reporting with corporate service providers Preparation and coordination of business line financial forecast models Co-ordination with company secretarial service providers Develop and mature financial processes Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience Upper second university degree or above from a red brick university A background in financial services preferably working in an investment management firm Experience of both financial planning & analysis and statutory financial reporting Experience of working with different company structures, preferably including LLPs A high attention to detail and an analytical ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies Strong excel skills with financial modelling experience Team player with clear and concise communication Company An Investment Management firm based in London.
