Our client, a specialist in business services is currently recruiting for an Assistant Finance Business Partner on a 9 month FTC. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be acting as the primary point of contact for Finance Management of Projects.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of income budgets
• Liaising with Project Managers to monitor and review financial delivery
• Financial project reporting
• Sales ledger - overseeing processing of sales invoices ensuring accuracy of costs and coding
• Supporting management accounts - process/budgeting/forecasting
• Supporting the process of annual budgeting, forecasting and all year end activity
• Ad-hoc support across finance team - cash management, bank journals, reconciliations Profile:
• AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified
• Advanced Excel (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables) is essential
• Experience in management accounting
• Experience of project reporting On offer: Our client is offering between £28,000 and £30,000 pro rata for a period of 9 months. There is a high probability that for the right candidate the role will become permanent. To be considered for the role you must be available to interview and start within the next 2 weeks.
