A day in the life of a Natures Way Foods Assistant Finance Business Partner We make delicious salad meals, fruit pots, coleslaw, potato salad, bagged salads and leafy salad bowls across our 4 manufacturing sites. Our products are stocked by leading Retail supermarkets & popular restaurant chains, consumed by millions of customers in the UK. So, you may well have eaten something made by us This role is within our Commercial Finance team which is separate to our traditional finance function. You will sit in amongst the business so you are involved in important conversations as they happen and in the heart of the action. You will work closely with the other Finance Business Partners and other Assistants and will build good relationships with the different areas of the business including Sales, Category, Supply chain and Projects. You will be responsible for providing robust financial management information, making recommendations and ensuring that all aspects of the business have been considered in your recommendations. To put it very simply - when we make a new salad for example, everything must be costed and considered from the pack size and shape, ingredients quantity and cost, transport costs, labour, yield of product, line operations to whether it has a fork This is just a brief snapshot All of your work and recommendations will support a Finance Business Partner to be able to deliver improved decision making resulting in growth in Sales and/or EBITDA, so you will have a huge impact on the profitability of our products and see the impact from the results of your work. Key

responsibilities:
Appropriate 1st stage product costing review and summary submission to the Finance Business Partner. Providing Commercial analysis and Insight to support the Finance Business Partner and Internal Customers. Accurate Analysis of key financial data. Evaluating commercial data effectively and communicate this clearly and simply to non-financial stakeholders. Facilitate and provide recommendations for new and existing product development costings. Influencing the business through engaging and communicating effectively Assist with the Co-ordination and completion of the Budget and forecasting submissions. You will have support from a Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance Business Partnering to help you through your CIMA / ACCA studies to become fully qualified and progress with your career. Admin hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch. About you: Any experience of working in a commercial finance role with reporting / business partnering experience advantageous. Finance / Business graduate considered. ACCA or CIMA part qualified / equivalent or studying towards.
