Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively recruiting a Interim Bookkeeper for a Entertainment business in Farnham. This Bookkeeper role is offered on an ongoing interim basis and will potentially convert permanent in due course. Key responsibilities Maintenance and input of the purchase ledger Enter all the authorised invoices and credit notes etc Set up monthly creditor payment runs Reconcile balances with suppliers Maintenance and input of the cashbooks Enter all receipts (exc sales), payments etc & complete bank reconciliation Reconcile weekly revenue with Adbooker (advertising application) and import invoicing in Sage Liaise with credit controller to ensure the sales ledger reconciles and all sales are accounted for Liaise with payroll department to ensure correct accounting for the payroll, pension and ensuring balance sheet accounts reconciled Reconcile the prepaid account Intercompany recharges and reconciliation of intercompany balances Accruals and prepayments Complete and submit VAT returns Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation etc Support the RFM and management as required Provide support to cover when other staff on leave Qualifications: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role A qualification in an accountancy/ book-keeping subject would be advantageous Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.) Experience using Sage Salary & Benefits £13-£16 per hour.
