CMA Recruitment Group are pleased to be representing our Hampshire based client on an exclusive basis to recruit a new Financial Controller into the team. The role will report into the Non-Exec FD and work closely with the MD to deliver robust financial reporting processes to facilitate sound business decisions. Key areas of responsibility will include: Preparation of financial and commercial information and analysis to aid business planning; Preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow management and monthly rolling forecast of accruals, prepayments and fixed assets; Management of Finance Assistant and overseeing finance transactions; Preparation and processing of Payroll; Business modelling including budgeting and forecasting; Business Partnering with Operations, IT, Sales and Marketing; Financial analysis, highlighting variances and identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial results; Ad hoc project support. Candidates will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) or qualified by experience. Previous hands on experience gained within an SME environment, excellent communication and business partnering skills are essential.
