On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring that the companies finance department runs efficiently and in accordance to the company's objectives. Taking a hands-on approach, you will be confident in dealing with all financial aspects of the business and be good at making decisions.

Responsibilities:
Management of accounts department with full responsibility for day to day operation Work with director to deliver strategic financial goals including development and management of procedures and processes to ensure better financial management and control processes. Oversee transition from Sage accounting system to Xero to improve ongoing financial reporting ability. Assist with the preparation of management accounts Oversee project valuations,sort queries and ensure good cashflow on large construction projects. Oversee Sales & Purchase ledger including addressing queries and pursuing bad debts where required.
