Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Regional FP&A Manager on a permanent full time contract for your Chiswick Business Park, West London office. As a key member of the Assistance Services Europe Finance leadership team, this role assumes overall responsibility for providing high-quality and insightful reports on the financial performance and coordinate the overall FP&A activities of the region. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Assistance Business Line (ABL) in Europe Deliver timely, accurate and insightful consolidated monthly and quarterly management reporting including profitability analyses per product lines, market segments and customers, as well as a rolling forecast and G&A review Communicate consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics and in particular the core KPIs measured by the Assistance Business Line Ensure all revenue and costs are recognised completely, accurately and correctly classified by working and partnering with the relevant Sub-Regional Controllers and Financial Control Managers Animate and coordinate a cohesive a high-performing FP&A regional team through the setting up of clear timelines, review cadence, instructions for the sub-regional Business Controllers Drive the annual budget process for the region including the submission and the preparation of the budget presentation Analyse the regional budget submissions and ensure they are aligned to the guidelines Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects upon request from the Regional CFO including business planning for potential M&A and direct support to sub-regions as required Perform the role of the Business Controller for the Regional Office: partner with Functional heads, active cost control, support month end process making sure all costs/accruals are captured. Qualifications Required Skills and Knowledge Strong business acumen and analytical skills to provide detailed and valuable business analysis to management Hands-on with day-to-day operations, able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadlines Demonstrated relationship building skills across large/diverse people business Demonstrated ability and willingness to operate at both a strategic and tactical level in a highly complex environment Strong influencing skills and ability to deliver results in a matrix reporting environment Good interpersonal skills and driver of change Highly advanced Excel knowledge is a must have Knowledge of Cognos is an advantage Required Work Experience Solid financial analysis and management reporting experience within a complex, detail-focused environment Previous experience in a senior finance managerial capacity and exposure to all accounting disciplines Operated in a customer orientated environment, with experience in professional services industry desirable Experience of working in a fast paced environment Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field Qualified in CIMA, CA or CPA or equivalent is an advantage Additional Information Here at International SOS we will offer you an interesting, varied and challenging career, where you will have the opportunity to experience working with a diverse range of people.
