The Associate Director/ Director will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A transactions. Whilst also building a network to help with deal origination. Our client is a successful Mid-Market Boutique who on the back of a number of successful years have ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will be Manager, Associate Director or Director level in a big 10 accounting firm M&A team or come from a similar role in a Boutique.
