Key to this role is commercial partnering experience and being confident working with the business to review and challenge channel performance and through analysis drive the decision making process. Applicants will be able to show how they have worked with the business and present back drivers and movements on a monthly basis as well as the modelling of future state and opportunities, ideally within a Financial Services or larger blue chip organisation due to the complexity of the stakeholder group. Duties of the role will include the following; - Leading engagement with the business top review channel performance - Responsible for the production of monthly business performance packs covering both financial and business KPI movements - Working with key stakeholders to review and understand drivers to give context to commentary and analysis - Lead role in planning with business units. Understanding and setting budgets as well as driving in to previous year performance - Commercially leading on business decisions and strategy - Manipulation of volume data and presentation of this through various channels - Maintaining financial controls framework - Ad hoc query and business modelling with senior stakeholders - Confident engaging with stakeholders at a range of operational levels The successful applicant will be given a unique opportunity to join an organisation which is experiencing a period of sustained growth and as a result reviewing and reinvigorating its approach to business partnering as well as its offering to the customer.
