FCA Compliance consultant: Central London - 6 month contract Usurpo have been engaged exclusively by a brand new client that are looking to hire a FCA Compliance consultant as they look to become a compliant before their product launch next year. 6 months contract with the option to extend or even become full time Ideally a mixture of on-site and on demand/remote (i.e. at least 1.5 days in the office and then being available for ad hoc matters on demand) Experience: At least 7 years experience in the compliance function (not Needs to have worked in FCA regulated environments, at the minimum at a consumer facing lender (e.g. mortgage lender) Role Co-leading all systems and controls functions Building processes and systems (more or less greenfield), Auditing current operations w/ regards to compliance Coaching of the team regards to compliance Very hands-on, it's not an auditor role but rather operational If you want more information on this FCA compliance contract then please get in touch with myself directly
