Credit Controller Newcastle £9.00 per hour Immediate start - 30 - 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to help support their team. This role is an immediate start. Duties; Speaking to customers re outstanding payments Working through existing debts Setting up payment plans and follow up dates to ensure this has been met Placing processes in place to ensure payment plans are met Debit and Credit Control Invoicing and PO Management Excel spreadsheet work Processing booking cash backs Printing debt reports Cash Back payments Manging main database of cashback payments Ensuring quick payments back to students Weekly debt summary report- internally- Friday 12noon Monthly FEOR summary report- 1-line overall summary and accurate amounts/risk Review current processes Creating PO's Chasing invoices You will also help to cover on the reception area when needed and maybe room checks in busy periods. We are looking for a candidate who has ideally done Credit Control and Customer Service. This is a temporary role.
