Elevation Recruitment Group Accountancy & Finance are working in exclusive partnership with a growing business in Lincolnshire as they look to increase their finance team with the appointment of an experienced Accounts Assistant. This is a great role for someone looking for a progressive opportunity where they can be hands-on with varied day to day duties, as well as having the opportunity to become involved with process improvement, identifying & driving efficiencies and future software implementation. Duties & Responsibilities Include: - Taking full ownership of the Purchase Ledger - liaising closely with the purchasing department - Assisting with chasing invoices - Assisting with and covering the Payroll - Processing weekly expenses - Assisting with the month end routine and reconciliations - Assisting with project revenue/cost reports - Cover for VAT submissions Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak to applicants with the following: - Previous experience within a small finance team - Previous experience in the manufacturing sector - Desire to be an integral part of a finance team and undertake varied duties - Have a proactive approach to improving systems/procedures - Confident communicator Elevation Accountancy Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
