A great opportunity has arisen to join an established business. Working as part of small team you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger including supplier payments. You will be a confident self-starter with great communication skills in order to work effectively with suppliers and all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role and requires a flexible individual who enjoys taking ownership of their own work. It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record in purchase ledger in order to make a smooth transition into the role. Key duties: Processing supplier invoices and expenses Credit card reconciliations Resolving supplier queries Reconciling supplier statements Processing supplier payments Bank reconciliations Producing reports on Excel This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing business and be an integral part of the Finance team.
