Working closely with the Site Finance Manager, you'll drive profit delivery through strong financial systems and controls, carry-out business analysis and forecasting, prepare management accounts and monthly reports, as well as support the site management team to enable them to improve financial performance. A proven finance/accounting background will be essential along with and the ability to influence decision-making and develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Working towards AAT is desirable but not essential To make it as an ASFM, you'll need to have: Good Finance and accounting acumen A background in operational finance Good communication skills to a wide range of people Good understanding of IT systems, especially Excel Managed global site business performance Good coaching and influencing skills Team management skills.
