This is a great opportunity within our Housing Management business, following the success of the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract win. The Service Delivery Centre will be the central hub and based in Enfield providing a back office function. The Commercial Team will be responsible for reporting against contractual terms and key performance indicators, day to day commercial operations and producing the management accounts. In this role, you will proactively monitor, collate and report contract Key Performance Indicators. To provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on status of contract. To collate and report budgetary information as per terms of contract. Reconciliation of systems to ensure all data and financial information is accurate will be key to this role. As a Commercial Analyst you will be - Responsible for day to day financial operations and preparing invoices, interrogation of complex data and production of Key Performance Indicator reports as per terms of contract. To proactively monitor and report upon monthly KPI's across the contract, highlighting risk to cash flow. To liaise with Managers regarding KPI non-conformances, to assist in resolution and to report to relevant managers and third parties To collate data and report monthly budgetary and operational data to client as per contractual requirements. Prepare monthly client reports, identifying key trends or risks Perform regular reconciliation between Sun and Veco to ensure job order values reconcile on both systems Produce dashboards based on KPIs and process mapping using Microsoft Visio Build and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues, third parties and external organisations to support service delivery. What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a Commercial Analyst role. You will be a part qualified accountant with Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project work. You will have experience of producing works programmes, aswell as the ability to reconcile data from different systems. You are engaging and possess great interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence, manage and work with internal stakeholders. With good attention to detail and accuracy, you thrive on taking ownership of key projects and working on your own initiative.
