Our Finance graduate programme will give you the opportunity to experience the scale and breadth of an industry-leading Finance team. From budgeting, forecasting, and profit planning, to strategy and investment appraisal, it’s a fast-paced and dynamic team, where every idea you have and every decision you make will affect our entire operation.

With such scope on offer, ongoing support and opportunities to gain further skills and professional qualifications such as CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), you’ll have everything you need to fuel our growth around the world.

What you'll need:

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. You’ll have achieved, or be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 across one of the following degree disciplines:

• STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
• Accounting or Finance related
• Business or Management related
• Economics
• More importantly, you’ll need the drive to liaise with our partners across the business, the confidence to champion issue resolution initiatives, with a highly analytical mindset and commercial focus. You’ll be an excellent communicator, and, in an ever-changing world, have the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
