Description

As a Finance Supervisor, your role will be to lead a small team that provide a cashiering service within the company's growing shared service centre. Your role will cover the following elements:

• Supervise the reconciliations team who provide a cashiering service to their customers and be fully proficient in the duties of a cashier including processing and reconciliation duties
• Supervise, allocate and review output of your team members
• Maintain and enhance banking relationships
• Ensure procedures and systems are updated regularly to reflect best practice
• Carry out process improvement projects when required

Profile

The successful applicant for the Finance Supervisor role must have the following:

• Strong background in reconciliations, dealing with a high volume and complex reconciliations
• Good academic background
• IT skills - strong on systems and Excel
• Well presented and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ideally supervisory/management experience
