Our client is a high growth professional services and recruitment firm based in Central London. Due to global expansion and exciting growth plans they are looking to hire into their Finance team to support the rapid growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career in accounts and payroll to the next level within a growing organisation. Main Duties include: Client invoicing Payroll processing Run four contractor payment cycles each month (weekly & monthly timesheets) for over 500 people Responsibility for all payroll reconciliations, including year-end procedures and analysis of information Develop and implement procedures to support the management of manual activities Responsible for the development of internal and external communications for specific payroll processes Be first point of contact with all contractors for payroll, remittance, timesheet queries Some responsibility for Purchase Order management in line with client requirements Essential Candidate Requirements: Strong contractor payroll experience Attention to detail, organisational and project management skills Advanced knowledge of ETZ, timesheet system, MS Outlook, Excel or Word Experience working in the recruitment industry Our client is looking for someone to join the fast growing team within the next couple of days, if you think your fit all the requirements apply now
