£17,000-£17,500 DOE Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant for our client based in Leicester. Payroll experience is essential, and you will be given full training in accounts so this is a good opportunity for someone willing to learn. Working in the accounts department, you will support both payroll and accounts function, including providing a comprehensive accounting service to the office by maintaining an efficient and accurate workload. Responsibilities will include: Processing wages on a weekly/monthly basis Holiday calculations, overtime, deductions & amendments, time and attendance Starters & Leavers management Process Agency timesheets on a weekly basis Reconcile and submit pension & Bacs reports for all wages groups Managing employees' queries in respect of payroll Processing Accident reports (including claims paperwork) Assist with reception duties in line with business requirements Posting invoices Periodic reconciliation Filing & General Admin of paperwork Assist in preparation of Audit files Adhoc tasks as and when needs arise within the company Complying with company Health and Safety policies and procedures The Ideal Candidate: Previous payroll, accounts and supporting reception experience Flexible team player Excellent communication skills and attention to details is paramount Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload Available to start ideally immediately Please apply online with an updated CV if you have the relevant experience.
