£40,000 - £45,000 Industry: Compliance, Loss Adjusting, Insurance One of London's most progressive Loss Adjusting companies is looking to appoint a Compliance professional to oversee regulatory and compliance matters for the business. This key role within the business requires a real all-rounder, comfortable with all aspects of building and implementing compliance strategy as well as structuring and overseeing file audits, TCF, complaints and ensuring colleagues at all levels are trained and informed effectively. The Role
• You will be responsible for compliance, risk, governance and regulation, you will contribute to both strategy and day to day matters around applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Working with senior management you will monitor, asses, implement and manage procedures to identify and mitigate risks to the business as well as providing training and competence plans for all employees. You
• You will present a good working knowledge of compliance, regulation and audit policies and procedures within commercial insurance.
• Exposure to governance, risk management and regulation, as well as general insurance product knowledge will make you an expert in mitigating risk and ensuring compliance in an expanding business.
• Knowledge of legal, financial and regulatory matters impacting on the broker market as well as monitoring, audit and FCA experience is also desired.
