Our client are a listed U.S business that operate internationally and are seen as the leading brand in their field are looking to recruit a qualified accountant / finalist into their growing team. The business have had massive growth in the EU since making the region a key part of their growth strategy. The company offer a number of services into 10 different target sectors making it an interesting and complex organisation. Due to further acquisition and organic growth the company now require a technically strong accountant to manage the financial controls and reporting for 2 growth regions. Key

responsibilities:
-
• Budget holder challenge - each region has a number of budget holders, including the regions Managing Director that require attention, guidance and challenge each month.
• Complete ownership of the regions P&L.
• Be responsible for control of all capital expenditure in each region.
• Analysing variances for costs in each region.
• Balance sheet control and review at month end.
• Post month end journals for both regions at month end supported by Assistant Accountants.
• Line Management of 2 part qualified.
• Supporting with other regions P&L at month end. Ideally the candidate will be fully qualified and have a confident, inquisitive nature.
