Finance Manager As part of one of the worlds leading medical technology companies, this organisation is at the cutting edge in its field and offers significant and fast progression in a highly collaborative environment. The role will be responsible for the daily support and management of the Finance Team, and for ensuring the timely provision of Finance support to the Operations Site Lead, local team leaders and Finance Director to allow for effective planning and control of the business.

60,000 - 70,000 Base Package
Responsibilities:
Manage the reporting relationship with the Global Operations Finance Teams in respect of all Finance issues Responsible for the accuracy of the manufacturing P&L accounts of the reporting entities, the management of the related Inventory and the physical control of the Fixed Assets. Work closely with the Operations Site Lead to manage the financial result for the plant. Oversee the preparation of the monthly management accounts for within the timelines set out and provide financial commentary on the same. Provide weekly financial updates to the Operations Site Lead, and the Finance Director. Manage the preparation of the annual Budget, the setting of the annual Standard Costs and the distribution of the annual Transfer Pricing files to customers. Manage the preparation of the facility financial outlooks throughout the year and provide the Operations Site Lead and the Finance Director with a financial commentary on the associated risks and opportunities. Manage the preparation of the annual Capital Budget and ongoing Capital spend projections throughout the year. Qualifications/ Experience Required: Recognized professional accounting qualification, ACCA/ACA/CIMA or international equivalent Significant experience supporting a high-performance manufacturing operation is required The successful candidate will be customer focused and act as a liaison between Finance and Manufacturing Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once will be required as will a high level of flexibility with a high-level commitment to success.
