My client is looking to expand their current team of finance professionals with their Regulatory Reporting team based in central London. An exciting time to join as they embark on their mission of global expansion within Europe. The team are primarily responsible for the external and internal regulatory reporting of the wholesale division of the bank. You will support within production of the ICAAP, ILAAP and recovery plan of the wholesale subsidiary as well as tracking regulatory change. Are you passionate about finance and wanting to work amongst others like you? Do you have an inquisitive mindset to identify and resolve issues quickly? The role holder will have an extremely exciting career path with great scope for progression and working in a highly collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior finance professionals gaining additional skills along the way and kick start a career within finance regulatory reporting for a well-established investment bank. Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills to be able to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to provide guidance to the local and Head Office finance teams on specific issues.
• The development and maintenance of good relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to effectively communicate recommendations.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and develop/improve processes where necessary.
• Excellent excel, word and power point skills to support the high-quality deliverables required.
• Regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
