My Client is embarking on the delivery of a significant change portfolio and as a result they require a Lead Business Analyst to support and drive forward key business change projects. Working as part of a dedicated Business Analysis team, you will be required to work on a number of change initiatives across the organisation. You will be expected to define, capture and design business requirements and processes for implementation. You will also be expected to analyse data, prepare, plan and support testing and assist with the transition to business as usual. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a Major Financial Services Firm without requiring prior experience in the Financial industry. The following skills/experience is required: Strong Business Analysis skills Full project lifecycle experience Previously line managed, coached or mentored Business Analysts Agile and Waterfall methodology experience Strong stakeholder management Excellent communication skills

Salary:
Up to £70,000 bonus good package
